Purrrs & Head Butts everyone! WE are always in need of the following items on this wish list, so if you can help in ANY way, please share what you can with all my special friends at C & W. We are always in need of financial donations as well. C & W is solely supported by donations, sponsorships of the felines, trust and estate giving and many, many fund raisers! We receive no city, county, state or federal monies. So if you want to make a tax deductible donation, it would be purrrfectly appreciated. And, remember…your donations of items (in-kind) to the thrift shop or to the shelter are also tax deductible!!!! The following items are always needed!

·  WANTED: We are looking for Raffle Items, Large Or Small that would benefit C & W. The larger the item, the better! Vacation packages, a car (if you know anyone who owns a car business) We appreciate any and all ideas

·   Gently used items for the thrift shop, The Scratching Post Thrift ‘n Gift, with all proceeds going towards medical emergency and medical care of the felines rescued by C & W. We do not have room for large furniture items…but we can use small appliances, household items, seasonal items, knick knacks, videos, tapes (VCR-cassette), dolls, toys, Christmas trees and decorations, boxed gifts, records, collectibles, antiques…just about anything you can think of will help you clean out your closets and will go to help a special needs animal.

·   Cleaning Supplies of ALL Kinds: Scented Bleach, Paper Towels (Lots of them), Paper Plates (large and small), Mr. Clean,  Dish Soap, Vinegar, baby wipes (unscented)

·   VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED: to help with direct care and feeding (and scooping litter boxes) for the animals; petting and socialization; carpentry and repair of shelter buildings; newsletter writing, photography, and much much more!

·   Sponsors to “adopt” a special needs furball monthly. You will receive updates several times a year and pictures of your ‘adoptee’. If you cannot have an animal in our home, what better way than to help a kitty through sponsoring one at C&W. Sponsorships are $25 a month.

·   Fluffy Animal (or other) pillows for the cats to sleep on. They absolutely love and adore these big soft pillows.

·   LITTER: Clay and Scoopable are always needed.

·   Canned Food, i.e. Friskies, Science Diet, Whiskus packets, etc… and DRY FOOD Too (Friskies, or other; and cat toys & treats and dog food and treats too. Woof! OR GIFT CARDS for PETCO, Petsmart, other large chain discount or pet stores.

·   CAT TREES: Large and Small!

·   Monetary donations towards medicines for the felines: One bottle of insulin for our diabetic kits costs $114 and can only be used for 28 days.  $25 or $50 a month towards this will help our Diabetic kits like Goatee, Tiger Man, and Pantera…

·   Kitty Condos, one, two or three-level

·   Fleece blankets/throws
