Support a Furpal – Comet
Friday, April 23rd, 2010
Comet was found by the Comet Football Field in a nearby city. When he was taken to the humane society he tested positive for FIV and was sitting quietly in his cage one day when I went there with a friend who was adopting a kitty. I saw the sign on his cage that read FIV kitty and I opened it up and Comet threw his paws around my neck and gave me a big hug…….AND, YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY.. He will give you a hug if you visit, too.

Paullie came to us as a young kitten. I was riding home with a person who was delivering a lot of scratching posts for the kitties. We were about a half mile from our home, and, in the middle of the road…..stood Paullie. All kitten but tall and proud. He ran to the side of the road and we were aways up the road when we stopped. It was a very cold wintery day and when I called ‘kitty’, he looked up and ran as fast and hard as he could up the middle of the road while I prayed no one would come around the curve at that moment. They didn’t, he leapt into my arms and that was that. His feet were frost bitten and he had coccidious…but in time, he healed and became strong and well and he found his ‘forever home’ with us.

Missy is adored by all who meet her. She awaits your visit and is a gracious hostess. She has a few ‘litter aversion’ issues, but she’s adorable and hopes you will sponsor her.
