Kita and her feline family would have been left homeless as their person was dying of cancer and needed to find a permanent place for her felines to live out their lives. Many were not tame and Kita has
come a long way in that department over the years. She cautiously enjoys being petted but is a special little lady.
Chaz came from a farm one late fall as the people didn’t want him to be cold. He was born wild and is still a bit so. He would have gone back to the farm in the spring except the people mentioned how their dog like to chase and kill cats and kittens, sooooo he STAYED! That was that. You may pet him, but not too long. He adores the other felines and those are his best buddies.
Lady was abused by her first people and neglected by the next, left chained with another dog when the people left. She still trusts and
loves people but can be aggressive to other animals, so she is one of our permanent senior canine residents at a young age of 18!
